IT Support Specialist (80-100%)

About the role

Fides Treasury Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its international team. The role will serve as the first point of contact for internal customers, handling service requests and incidents while ensuring system stability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for internal users regarding service requests and incidents.
• Process incoming incident tickets following established procedures.
• Manage customer interactions via calls and ticketing systems professionally.
• Monitor the IT landscape, perform system health checks, and conduct control activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain system stability, security, and performance.
• Track incidents, provide solution‑oriented support, and follow up on service requests.
• Work closely with 2nd‑level support to deepen application knowledge and resolve issues jointly.

Required profile

• IT support experience preferred, but motivated graduates are welcome.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen and respond empathetically.
• Professional communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle challenging situations while keeping customers supported.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Linux (a plus).
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (preferred).
