IT Support Specialist (80-100% time)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join Fides Treasury Services. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, handling service requests and incidents to keep our IT environment reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage incident tickets and service requests following established procedures.
• Provide phone and ticket‑based support, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Monitor system health, perform regular checks, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain stability, security and performance.
• Process, fulfill and follow up on service requests, tracking incidents to resolution.
• Work closely with 2nd‑level support to deepen application knowledge and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Motivated graduates or candidates with prior IT support experience.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate clearly in English and German.
• Willingness to learn and expand technical expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Linux a plus).
• Basic knowledge of networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (O365) and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is preferred.
