IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for all IT‑related issues across Bitcoin Suisse. You will provide 1st‑line assistance for hardware, software and the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring smooth daily operations for our teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for 1st‑level support requests via phone, email, ticketing system and in‑person.
• Log, triage and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops, phones, printers and peripherals; perform basic hardware replacements.
• Set up workstations for new employees, manage asset tagging, inventory and equipment de‑commissioning.
• Provide 1st‑line support for Microsoft 365 services (mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, licensing) and manage user accounts, passwords, MFA and group memberships.
• Administer On‑Prem AD, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center; enroll and configure devices with Microsoft Intune.

Required profile

• Completed EFZ apprenticeship in IT or equivalent experience in 1st‑level support.
• Strong understanding of service‑desk and incident‑management processes (SLA‑driven).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tickets in a fast‑paced environment and produce clear documentation.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, licensing).
• Microsoft Intune device management.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and On‑Prem AD user and access management.
• Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, phones, printers and peripherals.
• Ticketing system usage and knowledge‑base updates.
• Basic PowerShell scripting (a plus).
