Junior Brand & Content Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Join the vibrant 25hours marketing team in Zürich and take ownership of the brand’s visual storytelling across social media and guest communications. You will create engaging content, manage influencer collaborations, and support events that showcase the unique personality of our hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish social media content (reels, carousels, photos, stories) for hotel and F&B brands.
• Organise and lead photo‑ and video‑shoots, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Develop and execute creative social media concepts and campaigns.
• Handle influencer inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Update digital and printed communication materials, and distribute promotional goodies.
• Support events by preparing documents, maintaining overviews, and designing special promotions.
• Produce bilingual (German/English) newsletters and manage community interaction on all channels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing and social media within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and storytelling ability.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to take responsibility.
• Based in Switzerland, preferably near Zürich (remote work not intended).

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Photo and video production and editing.
• Creation of written content for newsletters and posts.
