Junior District Manager – Retail (French‑speaking Switzerland)

About the role

We are expanding our Intimissimi network in the French‑speaking part of Switzerland and need a proactive Junior District Manager to lead a group of stores around Lausanne. You will be the first point of contact for store managers, drive sales performance and ensure the brand’s visual standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets for the assigned locations through continuous sales analysis and rapid problem solving.
• Lead, motivate and discipline store managers and sales staff, acting as the primary trainer to boost active sales.
• Manage recruitment processes, from screening applications to conducting interviews for sales staff and store managers.
• Adapt corporate visual‑merchandising concepts to each store’s layout and oversee implementation.
• Guide stock management by advising on optimal inventory levels based on sales data.
• Maintain daily presence in stores, interacting directly with customers and staff.
• Serve as the main liaison with Swiss headquarters and central support departments.

Required profile

• Retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or similar sectors.
• University degree; a focus on sales or the textile industry is a plus.
• Strong sales orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on attitude and team‑oriented leadership style.
• Business‑level fluency in French and English; Italian and German are advantageous.
