Junior Integrity Lawyer – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term (80‑100% FTE)

About the role

Join Hitachi Energy’s Integrity Team in Zurich as a Junior Integrity Lawyer. This 18‑month fixed‑term position offers a structured learning program designed to build a career in corporate integrity and compliance within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of integrity strategies, especially related to processes, procedures, and AI‑enabled tools.
• Conduct research and prepare integrity documentation focused on continuous and process improvement.
• Assist in rolling out the Code of Conduct and deliver ongoing integrity training.
• Provide advice to management on a broad range of integrity issues under the guidance of the Global Head of Integrity.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, group directives, and local statutory regulations.
• Manage due‑diligence activities, monitor integrity performance, and coordinate with external service providers.
• Participate in global, regional, and local projects within the Integrity Function.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Forensic Accounting or a related field.
• Maximum of 2 years of post‑graduation experience.
• Agile mindset, strong willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
• High level of personal integrity and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
