Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our client’s legal team within the flexible staffing environment of Flex Suisse. The role focuses on commercial and contract law matters, especially within the pharmaceutical and life‑science sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, with a strong emphasis on CDMO contracts.
• Provide legal support on commercial and contract law issues.
• Advise internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day legal questions.
• Support contract management processes and legal projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional business teams.

Required profile

• Swiss law degree (MLaw) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial law, either in‑house or in private practice.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating CDMO contracts.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or life‑science industry.
• Strong business‑oriented mindset and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Resident of Switzerland or eligible to work in Switzerland.
