Junior Relationship Manager

About the role

As a Junior Relationship Manager you will support the growth of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in Zurich, acting as a trusted advisor for high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. You will work closely with investment, lending and product specialists to deliver a holistic wealth management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and assets by identifying needs, deepening relationships and expanding wallet share.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners to provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing client lifecycle activities with KYC, AFC and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML and risk management requirements as the accountable client owner.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in private banking, wealth management or a comparable client‑facing financial services role.
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CFA, MBA or similar qualifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Polish is a significant asset, German is a nice add‑on.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, lending and wealth planning.
• Good knowledge of client lifecycle, KYC, regulatory and risk requirements applicable to Swiss wealth management.
