About the role
Sobi is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to drive commercial activities for its nephrology and haematology portfolio in Western Switzerland. The role is 100% field‑based, focusing on stakeholder engagement, educational events and brand promotion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts and other stakeholders for Aspaveli and Doptelet.
- Organise and support local events, congresses and symposia, representing Sobi to relevant audiences.
- Provide timely CRM reporting and implement global HCP survey campaigns.
- Gather market insights and feed them into brand‑team strategies and regional account plans.
Required profile
- Junior professional with strong motivation to interact with healthcare professionals and build a network.
- Proactive, action‑oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in French, English and German.
Required skills
- Proficient use of modern IT and office software.
- Experience with CRM reporting systems.
