Key Account Manager (Trade Marketing)

About the role

Gisada, a premium Swiss fragrance brand, is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to lead trade‑marketing initiatives across international markets. You will be the primary liaison for key retail and distribution partners, ensuring strong sales performance and flawless brand execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Drive sales performance and achieve defined revenue targets.
• Own trade‑marketing activities and retail activations in assigned markets.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out data, identifying growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) for smooth operations.
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in account management, sales or business development with exposure to trade marketing, preferably in beauty, fragrance, luxury or FMCG.
• Strong commercial mindset and results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
