Lawyer – AI‑Native Legal Services

About the role

Omnilex is building an AI‑native law firm where every case becomes a reusable, AI‑driven service. As a lawyer you will handle real client matters using Omnilex’s AI workspace and then transform the work into productized services that can be deployed on demand for future customers.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of client cases: conduct research, draft documents, structure arguments and deliver high‑quality legal work.
• Decompose each case into reusable components such as prompts, workflows, templates and knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn these components into AI‑native services available on the Omnilex platform.
• Maintain a portfolio of services you authored, iterating with product and engineering to ensure they match the quality of the original work.
• Serve as the named lawyer for accounts, building trusted relationships with senior partners, GCs and heads of legal.
• Convert pilot projects into multi‑year contracts, expand service usage and generate referrals.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer who is fluent in German.
• Strong professional network within the legal community (lawyers, GCs, partners, alumni).
• Ability to be the trusted point of contact for demanding European legal teams.
• Comfortable turning legal work into scalable, product‑oriented solutions.
