Lawyer – AI‑Native Services (NY/UK/CH)

About the role

Omnilex is building an AI‑native law firm where every client matter is transformed into a reusable, AI‑driven service. As a lawyer you will handle real customer cases, deliver high‑quality legal work, and then convert that work into productised services that can be offered on demand through the Omnilex platform.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of client matters from intake to delivery, providing research, drafting, and strategic advice.
• Decompose completed cases into reusable components such as prompts, workflows, templates, and knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn legal components into AI‑native services available to all customers.
• Maintain a portfolio of services you authored, iterating with product to improve quality and efficiency.
• Act as the named lawyer for assigned accounts, building relationships with senior partners, GCs, and legal heads.
• Convert pilot projects into multi‑year contracts, expand service usage, and generate referrals.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a strong professional reputation.
• Established network of legal professionals, GCs, partners, or alumni who can become clients or references.
• Ability to solve complex legal problems and communicate solutions clearly.
• Comfort with translating legal work into structured, repeatable formats.
