Lead Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Brand Designer to create engaging, high-quality brand materials that reflect BJAK’s visual identity and help shape the brand system across all marketing and product surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create brand assets that clearly communicate BJAK’s visual identity.
• Shape and evolve the brand system, ensuring consistency across marketing and product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Design for diverse audiences, adapting brand expression for consumers, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency.
• Deliver fast, thoughtful design work supporting both long‑term brand growth and immediate business needs.
• Report to the Creative Manager and contribute strategic input to overall brand direction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand or graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and consistency.
• Ability to balance hands‑on execution with broader brand direction.
• Ownership of work, focus on quality, and continuous improvement.
• Curiosity about design trends, motion, and emerging AI tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Motion design tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
