Learning Content Designer – Full‑time

About the role

Swatch is looking for a passionate Learning Content Designer to join its Learning & Development team at the headquarters in Biel/Bienne. You will create engaging, storytelling‑driven learning experiences that translate the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and collections into clear, actionable training for retail staff worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop product learning content that simplifies movements, complications, materials, and craftsmanship for diverse retail audiences.
• Create storytelling‑driven modules that bring brand heritage and collection narratives to life.
• Develop customer‑excellence training programs focused on luxury behaviours, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions.
• Build coaching tools and resources to support store managers and trainers on the shop floor.
• Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in‑person formats for global deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance.
• Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimise content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, retail training, or brand education (luxury, fashion or watches preferred).
• Strong instructional‑design and storytelling abilities.
• Passion for craftsmanship, retail excellence, and elevating the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
• Experience using an LMS platform.
