Learning Content Designer – Retail Training

About the role

Swatch is looking for a Learning Content Designer to create and deliver product learning experiences for its retail network. The role focuses on translating complex watch movements, materials and craftsmanship into engaging training modules that support store teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop product learning content that simplifies movements, complications, materials, and craftsmanship for diverse retail audiences.
• Create storytelling‑driven learning modules that bring brand heritage, craftsmanship, and collection narratives to life.
• Develop customer excellence training programs focused on luxury behaviors, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions.
• Build coaching tools and learning resources to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor.
• Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in‑person formats for global deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance.
• Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in learning design, retail training, or brand education, preferably in luxury, fashion or watches.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
• Ability to apply learning analytics for content optimization.
