Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

As a member of the Global Learning & Development team at Endress+Hauser, you will serve as the L&D Specialist for Performance and Succession Management modules. You will ensure these tools empower HR teams and business partners to drive organisational effectiveness and talent growth across a global rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and subject‑matter experts to design and develop global learning programs focused on management and leadership capability.
• Lead the design, development, planning, execution and continuous improvement of key L&D solutions, managing third‑party vendors, resources and budgets.
• Support and drive the implementation of the global competency model.
• Integrate development offerings into the broader L&D portfolio and identify gaps to create scalable programmes.
• Incorporate assessment approaches and use data and insights to measure success and ROI.
• Identify and manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Balance corporate/global priorities with local/regional needs and competing demands.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development or Talent Management.
• Proven experience designing programmes for multiple hierarchical levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and competency modelling.
• Excellent relationship‑building, stakeholder‑management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in program, project and portfolio management with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
