Lecturer in Finance

About the role

HIM Business School in Montreux is seeking a Lecturer in Finance to join its international academic team. The position runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 and involves delivering high‑quality finance education to a multicultural student body in English.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lectures and seminars in finance.
• Update and develop curriculum to reflect current industry trends.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and professional development.
• Collaborate with industry partners to integrate real‑world case studies.
• Contribute to the school’s research activities in finance‑related topics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or a closely related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in finance roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous teaching experience is a strong asset.
• Swiss nationality or a valid C or B work permit.
