Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel based in Switzerland to provide hands‑on legal support across corporate, commercial, intellectual property and international matters. You will work closely with the business to identify risks and deliver practical, commercially‑focused advice while supporting cross‑border activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support across a broad range of business activities.
• Advise on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Support cross‑border and international legal matters across the US, UK, EU and other jurisdictions.
• Independently manage routine legal matters and deliver business‑oriented advice.
• Identify complex, specialist or jurisdiction‑specific issues and engage external counsel when needed.
• Select, engage and coordinate external legal counsel.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to achieve business objectives while managing legal risks.
• Help develop and implement practical legal processes that support efficient operations.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience, including international and cross‑border matters.
• Hands‑on experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience handling intellectual property matters.
• Proven ability to work independently and build legal processes from scratch.
• Fluent Russian and B2+ level English for contract review and negotiations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Business‑oriented approach with practical, commercially‑mindful advice.
• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware or international product companies is a plus.
