Legal Counsel – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a fast‑scaling technology company operating from Switzerland. The role is fully remote and supports multiple business units, including sales, finance, HR, marketing and compliance, ensuring legal soundness while enabling rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical, business‑focused legal advice across commercial, sales, HR, finance, privacy and compliance functions.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, maintaining balanced risk allocation.
• Maintain and improve contract templates and contract‑management processes.
• Support sales and finance teams in negotiations, risk assessments and debt recovery.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate them into internal policies.
• Contribute to corporate governance, internal policy creation and compliance frameworks.
• Design and deliver legal training, guidance materials and workshops.

Required profile

• Law degree with at least 3 years of in‑house legal experience, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in English.
• Solid understanding of compliance, privacy and international regulatory frameworks.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to provide solution‑oriented advice.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional experience with U.S. or international legal frameworks is a plus.
