Linux System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Linux Engineer to join our SaaS infrastructure team in Zurich. You will design, operate and optimise containerised platforms, automate deployments and ensure high availability for mission‑critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, deploy and manage Kubernetes‑based environments throughout their lifecycle.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and introduce GitOps practices using Helm and ArgoCD.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana and other monitoring tools.
• Maintain Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Resolve complex incidents, collaborate with product teams and drive platform improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in SaaS or platform environments where uptime, security and scalability are critical.
