About the role

Randolphs Recruitment Switzerland is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a live-in nanny with native-level English for a family in Mies, Switzerland. The nanny will care for three girls aged 9, 7 and 5, and the position starts at the end of October 2026.

Key responsibilities

School-run driving and extracurricular activity drop-offs
Homework support
Occasional weekend help; the parents work about 9 Saturdays per year and the family's previous nanny is available as backup
Accompany the family to the mountains in winter for 2 months, with the same working hours but Saturday mornings required

Required profile

Flexible, reliable and a confident driver
Comfortable supporting three young girls
Native-level English
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to receive the advertised pay

What we offer

Live-in accommodation in a separate apartment within the house, with an own room at the mountain property in winter
Salary of CHF 60,000 to 72,000 gross per year
Schedule of 6:45am to 8:45am and 3:30pm to 7:30pm on weekdays, with occasional weekend flexibility
