Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator (100%) - Horw

About the role

Toradex is looking for a full-time Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to act as the on-site anchor in its Horw warehouse. As the right hand of the Logistics Manager, you coordinate daily warehouse operations from receiving to shipping and also handle key logistics topics yourself while supporting the remote logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities in Horw (receiving, testing flow, shipping) with the Testing Operator and Logistics Assistant
• Check incoming goods, post receipts in D365 the same day including serial numbers, and report damage, wrong labels or packaging
• Handle stock movements: transfers out of Horw, internal requests, supplier returns, relabeling and blocked stock
• Carry out inventory counts in Horw and clarify differences
• Step in for packing and shipping when colleagues are absent
• Monitor and resolve D365 interface and serial number errors with EMS and 3PL partners, and follow up on 3PL and courier issues such as discrepancies, delays and lost shipments
• Make sure shipments leaving Horw meet customs and export requirements
• Create and update work instructions and train and support the remote logistics team
• Propose process improvements together with the Logistics Manager

Required profile

• Vocational training in logistics (e.g. Logistiker/in EFZ); further training is a plus
• Several years of hands-on warehouse experience, ideally with export shipments, 3PL providers and couriers in an international company
• Knowledge of customs and export processes is an advantage (e.g. Zollfachmann/-frau with federal diploma)
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written

Required skills

• Confident use of ERP systems (D365 is an advantage) and MS Office
• Reliable, well organised and independent, process-minded and able to document how things work
• Hands-on: happy to pack a parcel yourself
