About the role
Kanadevia Inova is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help industrialise AI solutions that turn waste into valuable resources such as energy, heat, hydrogen and fertilizer. You will work in a fast‑moving, agile environment alongside cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Transform prototype AI/ML models into scalable, production‑ready applications.
- Design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines covering training, validation, deployment, monitoring and retraining.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, product managers and business stakeholders.
- Ensure reliability, security, compliance, data integrity and performance throughout the ML lifecycle.
- Monitor and optimise model performance, troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior colleagues.
Required profile
- MSc in Computer Science or a STEM field with strong computer‑science focus.
- Experience in agile software development environments.
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit‑learn.
Required skills
- Python programming
- MLOps practices (model deployment, versioning, monitoring)
- Cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Containerisation with Docker
- APIs, databases and distributed systems
