Machine Operator – 3‑Shift Production (Full‑Time)

About the role

Studer Cables is seeking a dedicated machine operator for its Däniken production site. The position works on a three‑shift schedule and requires independent setup, operation and monitoring of complex machines that produce special cables.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and continuously monitor complex production machines.
• Produce special cables according to technical specifications.
• Coordinate, provide and test materials independently.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal machine performance.

Required profile

• Experience in a technical environment with strong manual dexterity.
• Proven ability to handle and operate machines safely.
• Physically resilient and able to work on a 3‑shift schedule.
• Good knowledge of German (spoken, understood and read).
