Maçon(ne) A - Bâtiment ou Génie Civil (H/F/D)

About the role

The company is looking for a skilled mason (level A) to carry out building and civil‑engineering works. The position involves autonomous execution of a wide range of concrete and masonry tasks on construction sites, in close collaboration with the team leader and machine operator.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and implement technical drawings on site.
• Set out and control structures according to plans.
• Install collectors, dry and wet utility networks.
• Perform technical excavations and trench shoring.
• Build traditional or panel formwork.
• Carry out reinforcement, concrete pouring and curing.
• Construct specialised concrete elements and masonry works.
• Provide occasional supervision of helpers or junior masons.

Required profile

• Solid experience in civil‑engineering projects in Switzerland (strong advantage).
• High degree of autonomy on the construction site.
• Ability to read and interpret plans accurately.
• Proactive attitude with initiative‑taking capability.
• Strong sense of responsibility and natural leadership.
