Maintenance Technician

About the role

Cytiva seeks a Maintenance Technician to support production at its Grens facility. The role focuses on equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement within a regulated life‑science environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform curative and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Manage the CMMS, including new equipment entry, maintenance plans, documentation, and spare parts inventory.
• Install new equipment and modify plant layout as required.
• Address Environmental Health & Safety issues and ensure compliance with all standards.
• Apply Lean manufacturing tools and Danaher methodologies to drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity improvements.
• Support production operations on a 2x8 shift schedule.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree with at least 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Computer literate with experience using CMMS, office applications, and QMS software.
• Experience managing spare parts and working in a regulated environment.
• Fluent in French; English preferred.
