Manager Benefits, Investment & Pension

About the role

As a member of PMI's Corporate Treasury team, you will oversee the management, investment and governance of the company’s global pension plans. You will work closely with internal and external partners to support strategic pension initiatives and ensure robust financial oversight worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing pension plan designs and funding arrangements to optimise retirement outcomes and manage risks.
• Coordinate with local teams, trustees, insurers and service providers on pension‑related projects.
• Support monitoring of investment performance for Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans, and prepare materials for investment committees.
• Contribute to asset allocation studies, risk‑management initiatives and new investment opportunity assessments.
• Participate in actuarial valuation activities, funding analyses and ALM studies.
• Prepare quarterly and year‑end financial reporting, including budget forecasts, contributions and regulatory disclosures.
• Maintain governance frameworks and documentation for pension plans worldwide.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets and pension management.
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
