Manager - Corporate Tax Compliance

About the role

EY’s Swiss Tax Compliance team is seeking a Manager to lead corporate tax compliance engagements for Swiss and multinational clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, managing the full compliance cycle and collaborating with interdisciplinary, international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own corporate tax compliance engagements, reviewing income tax returns, withholding tax filings, tax provisions and Pillar Two (QDMTT) reporting.
• Lead and coordinate tax audits with cantonal authorities and the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.
• Support clients with OECD Pillar Two filings, GIR notifications and related compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated solutions for cross‑border tax and regulatory matters.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate taxation and tax compliance.
• Certified Tax Expert qualification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, client‑focused mindset with strong communication skills.
