Manager, Global Development Quality Management

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's R&D Quality Team! As a Manager in Process & Personnel Qualification Management, you will drive compliance and quality excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. You will lead process improvement projects and use the latest digital tools to transform traditional processes and training into a data‑centric content and qualification management system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process and training projects, including process development, mapping, training design, qualification and delivery.
• Act as a vital quality partner for Global Development, linking business partners, quality groups and governance.
• Ensure the GxP Quality Framework adapts proactively to business and regulatory changes.
• Manage tasks, timelines and deliverables, address issues, mitigate risks and provide regular progress updates.
• Support the digital transformation roadmap toward a data‑centric qualification management system.
• Participate in additional projects, meetings, audits and inspections as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in a medium‑to‑large matrix organization with at least 5 years focused on pharmaceutical/device compliance.
• Exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of global (pre)clinical safety and pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Proven project‑management expertise handling complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated personal leadership, relationship‑building and inclusive teamwork.
