Manager - International Corporate Tax (Financial Services)

About the role

We advise national and international companies on evolving tax regulations, helping them build efficient structures, assess tax implications, and manage tax risks. As a member of the Financial Services Tax team, you will support leading asset managers, wealth managers, banks and other financial institutions on complex cross‑border tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Swiss and international financial services clients on complex international corporate tax matters.
• Manage and coordinate cross‑border tax projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Shape solutions for asset managers, wealth managers, banks and other financial institutions on restructurings, transactions and fund structuring.
• Review and prepare tax technical analyses, opinions and rulings.
• Support a diverse client portfolio and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field; LL.M. in International Tax is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in international corporate tax and EU tax advisory, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country tax engagements and international client projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑relationship skills.
• Fluency in English; German and/or French highly desirable.
