About the role
Join PwC's Corporate Tax team as a Manager focusing on international tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings for private equity and real‑estate clients. You will work across borders, advising on tax efficiency, risk management and transaction structuring.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive tax advice on cross‑border M&A and restructuring projects.
- Lead and coordinate multi‑country tax due diligence, transaction and holding structuring, SPA review, tax modelling and post‑completion advisory.
- Guide and develop associates and senior associates throughout complex tax engagements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to expand the financial services, private‑equity and real‑estate tax practice.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment while building leadership capabilities.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or an above‑average bachelor’s in business administration, economics or law with a tax focus; LLM in international tax is a plus.
- Minimum four years of professional experience in international taxation and M&A‑related tax matters.
- Proven experience managing multi‑country tax projects in an international setting.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop junior team members.
- Strong analytical mindset with a flair for numbers, financial models and valuations.
