Manager / Senior Manager Cyber Technology and Transformation

About the role

PwC's international Cybersecurity team in Zurich is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join its Cyber Technology and Transformation advisory practice. You will help clients respond to cyber-attacks, recover from them, assess vulnerabilities, develop threat models, define and implement security strategies and transform secure software development practices in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as engagement manager for cybersecurity projects such as vulnerability management, cloud security, security architecture, security monitoring, IAM, security change management and more.
• Manage several client engagements of varying size, scope and complexity, from scope definition to execution.
• Advise clients on improving their cybersecurity maturity and support them on their strategic cybersecurity roadmap.
• Drive business development and build your own cyber capability and new services within a team of experts and a global network.
• Supervise your team, support their career development and act as a role model in a supportive, friendly and flexible environment.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and privacy; at least 8 years for Senior Manager.
• Experience in a consulting environment or a security department.
• Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification; certifications such as CISSP, CISM or SSCP are a plus.
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience in vulnerability management, cloud security, security architecture, security monitoring, IAM and security change management.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of management and staff.
