Manufacturing Process Engineer (m/f/d) – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our product creation projects in Hinwil, Switzerland. The role starts immediately and offers a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. You will work full‑time on‑site with one day of remote work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process industrialisation as a core team member in product creation projects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Equipment, Quality, IT and Operations teams.
• Define process requirements and architectural drivers for product engineering.
• Design and optimise process flows for global production setups.
• Create technical line layouts together with all stakeholders.
• Implement and validate manufacturing processes across global sites.
• Estimate production process costs.
• Maintain the manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Processes (BOP).

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (production, electrical, mechanical or related).
• Several years of experience in a Process Engineering or similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

• PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
