About the role
Lonza is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to work on the Ibex® Complex in Visp, supporting the production of biological products in a cGMP environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assignments across various production functions while complying with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements.
- Identify, interpret and eliminate deviations in the manufacturing process.
- Execute production steps, including recording data and performing calculations.
- Assist in training new team members.
Required profile
- Completed chemical or biopharmaceutical education.
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator or production technician.
- Safety‑conscious attitude and willingness to work in a shift pattern (e.g., 4‑shift schedule).
- Fluent English; German language skills are advantageous.
Required skills
- Process engineering knowledge.
- Understanding of cGMP requirements.
