Marketing Associate – Web3 & Digital Assets

About the role

STORM Partners, the leading digital‑assets advisory firm, is looking for a Marketing Associate with a strong storytelling instinct and a passion for Web3 technologies. You will join the Strategy & Growth division and help translate cutting‑edge ideas into high‑impact campaigns for the firm, its Lightningbox innovation sandbox, and the Geneva‑based Decentral House community hub.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑platform marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.).
• Produce and publish content that highlights research reports, thought‑leadership pieces and ecosystem narratives.
• Maintain and analyse social‑media performance metrics to optimise engagement.
• Organise and support events at the Decentral House Innovation Centre.
• Collaborate closely with legal, strategy, design and research teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or related roles.
• Excellent written English and French with a natural flair for storytelling.
• Strong interest in Web3, blockchain ecosystems and digital‑asset innovation.
• Self‑driven, organized and comfortable working in a remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management and collaboration tools such as Asana and Notion.
• Experience using AI‑assisted writing tools like ChatGPT.
