Marketing & Communication Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Communication Intern to join Baume & Mercier’s team for a six‑month placement. The role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced luxury environment, supporting the full marketing funnel from campaign planning to performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain engaging content across platforms and support the organization of digital asset libraries.
• Manage social‑media scheduling, ensure brand consistency, engage with the community and monitor trends and competitor activity.
• Support influencer relations, including contact management, gifting coordination and content execution, as well as event logistics.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor strategies, analyse campaign performance data and compile insight reports.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing & Communications team and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages such as Italian, French or Arabic are a plus.
• Strong interest in the luxury sector, social media platforms and e‑commerce.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently and within a team.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of graphic‑design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
