Marketing Intern - Watches & Fine Jewelry (January 2027)

About the role

As part of the Watches & Fine Jewelry Marketing team, you will report to the Marketing Manager and help develop the category across the markets of Switzerland, Latin America and India. The internship is based in the Geneva offices for 6 months, starting on 4 January 2027, and focuses on product analysis, insights and campaign reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Product analysis and insights: build product reports, monitor performance of key collections across all networks, collect and share qualitative feedback on novelties and assess local product needs, follow key performance KPIs.
• Campaign management: support the creation of the regional launch pack, prepare novelty content for boutiques (one-pagers, morning briefs), and produce 360-degree qualitative and quantitative reports on novelty campaigns.
• Operational support: help the Marketing Manager with after-sales projects for Chanel & Moi, organize internal Watches & Fine Jewelry events, and craft articles for the internal communication platform.
• Competition monitoring: track competitor activity across events, online and print channels and prepare a competitor report highlighting best practices in the region.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master's degree program, with the internship being part of the study program and required for its completion, validated by academic credits.
• First successful 6-month internship experience.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented and willing to set up new tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Excel.
• Ability to work on the setup of new tools.

The internship is full-time (100%), in person, five days a week from Monday to Friday, under a mandatory internship agreement.
