Marketing Manager - Hospitality

About the role

Our client, an internationally expanding hospitality group, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing initiatives across multiple countries. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to strengthen brand presence and drive growth in B2C markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across international markets.
• Drive brand positioning, public relations, and communication activities focused on B2C audiences.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and events, collaborating with partners, media, and communities.
• Manage relationships with local agencies, press, and other stakeholders.
• Organise and attend events and activations to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee social media, digital presence, and ensure brand consistency across all locations.
• Support positioning of the company towards real‑estate investors to enhance overall business visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the hospitality industry; candidates from other sectors will not be considered.
• Strong expertise in marketing strategy, PR, branding, and social media.
• Experience working across multiple locations or international markets.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
• Comfortable with a highly mobile role that involves frequent travel.
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
