Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

EF High School Exchange Year is seeking a sharp, reliable, and highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to keep its international marketing team focused, aligned, and moving. You will act as the day‑to‑day operating partner for a small, ambitious team working across 13 country markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team’s operating rhythm, project‑management infrastructure, and daily coordination of meetings, timelines, task tracking and status updates.
• Tri­age and manage marketing requests from sales and market teams across 13 countries, routing them to the appropriate digital, creative, or content owners.
• Coordinate campaign and creative workflows, including brief intake, review cycles, approvals, asset hand‑offs and administrative support.
• Support regular reporting cadences, compile performance data, maintain dashboards and assist with budget tracking, pacing and forecasting.
• Identify process gaps, improve documentation, onboarding materials and introduce modern tools (AI agents, automation) to reduce manual work.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign operations within a marketing team.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high trust, good judgment and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, lean environment.
• Clear, direct communication in English and comfort working with stakeholders across multiple countries.

Required skills

• Strong project‑management instincts and proficiency with project‑management tools, spreadsheets and shared documents.
• Familiarity with paid‑media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience with CRM, email‑marketing, marketing‑automation or campaign‑management tools.
• Ability to build and maintain simple dashboards, reporting documents and budget‑tracking spreadsheets.
