Marketing Specialist – Swiss Market (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

As a Marketing Specialist for the Swiss market, you will act as the key bridge between headquarters, local stakeholders and retail partners. Based in Meyrin, you will ensure the seamless deployment of the global marketing strategy while enhancing brand desirability and client engagement across Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Swiss market to adapt and deploy HQ trade‑marketing initiatives, managing A&P budgets and ensuring local relevance.
• Collaborate with boutiques and partners to activate marketing plans, monitor performance and optimise ROI.
• Design, organise and execute high‑impact events and in‑store activations that reflect the Maison’s standards of excellence.
• Oversee visual‑merchandising implementation, including window displays, field visits, deliveries and installations.
• Lead travelling exhibitions, local VM projects and manufacture visits to showcase craftsmanship and strengthen brand equity.
• Craft bespoke experiences for selected clients and media, managing end‑to‑end logistics to deliver memorable interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade marketing with strong business and retail sensitivity.
• Experience in the watchmaking or luxury sector is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously from planning to performance follow‑up.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and the capacity to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Structured, solution‑oriented mindset with high ownership and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and French; German is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
