Marketplace Partnerships Manager – Europe

About the role

Philipp Plein is seeking a Marketplace Partnerships Manager to lead its European marketplace business. You will combine commercial insight with operational excellence to grow sales, profitability and brand visibility across key online marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of assigned marketplace partners and develop strategic relationships.
• Design and execute seasonal trading plans, promotional calendars and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate new product launches and seasonal collections across marketplace channels.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, conversion and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Negotiate commercial opportunities, promotions and growth initiatives with partners.
• Ensure product data, pricing, imagery and content meet marketplace requirements and brand standards.
• Identify operational issues and collaborate with IT, logistics, finance, merchandising and product teams to resolve them.
• Drive new marketplace opportunities and business expansion across Europe.
• Prepare business reviews, performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketplace management, digital commerce or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of managing marketplace relationships and delivering commercial results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance data.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
