Daily responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of video content and apps on App Store and Google Play using precise relevance, search intent, and local compliance criteria.
• Analyze search results, identify gaps between user queries and presented answers, and recommend improvements.
• Use online tools to validate query accuracy, applying knowledge of the Swiss market (news, sports, culture, social media, etc.).
• Contribute high‑quality labeled data to improve AI models within the TELUS Digital AI Community for major international brands.
• Participate in regular quality checks and internal training to uphold community standards.

What we are looking for

• Professional proficiency in French, English, and German (written and spoken).
• Residency in Switzerland for at least one year with strong familiarity of the local media, sports, cultural, and economic landscape.
• Apple‑linked email address and experience with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.).
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
