Medical Advisor (Rescue Therapy)

About the role

Join Mundipharma as a field‑based Medical Advisor focused on opioid use disorder (OUD) and overdose management across Switzerland. You will act as the scientific liaison for healthcare professionals, treatment centres and academic institutions, providing balanced, evidence‑based information to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) and healthcare professionals.
• Provide high‑quality, non‑promotional scientific exchange on OUD and opioid overdose management.
• Support addiction treatment centres, hospitals and community stakeholders with scientific discussions and clinical questions.
• Contribute to non‑promotional initiatives such as medical education programmes, advisory boards, scientific workshops and disease‑awareness campaigns.
• Generate and communicate field medical insights to inform cross‑functional strategy and identify unmet medical needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance of promotional materials from a medical perspective.

Required profile

• Scientific expertise in opioid use disorder and overdose management.
• Experience building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and external experts.
• Ability to travel extensively across Switzerland (approximately 80% of time) and adapt schedule to stakeholder availability.
