Medical Scientific Liaison – Oncology (Genitourinary & NSCLC)

About the role

The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Oncology will act as a field‑based scientific expert for Genitourinary (GU) cancer and non‑small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in Switzerland. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, provide up‑to‑date scientific information, and support medical education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scientific resource for HCPs on GU cancer and NSCLC, delivering current data and emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with external experts and medical societies.
• Collect and relay medical insights and unmet needs from the field to internal teams.
• Execute an activity plan with measurable objectives, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support medical education programs and scientific exchange activities.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in a life‑science discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in oncology, specifically GU cancer and NSCLC.
• Experience in a field‑based scientific or medical affairs role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
