Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI organization at a pivotal stage of international expansion. You will lead global talent sourcing and recruitment for technology roles, working remotely with senior leadership and hiring managers to build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map, engage and attract high‑caliber candidates across major technology hubs worldwide.
• Leverage AI agents, sourcing platforms and unconventional channels to create efficient recruitment strategies.
• Build long‑term talent pipelines and manage the full candidate journey from contact to offer.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess technical capabilities and cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Partner with founders and team leads to streamline hiring workflows and improve recruitment operations.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and experiment with new sourcing methods and recruitment technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, at least 2 years focused on technology hiring.
• Background in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environment.
• Proven global sourcing experience across Europe, the United States and Latin America.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal‑oriented, ownership‑driven mindset and ability to balance execution with strategic thinking.

Required skills

• Hands‑on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
• Experience using AI‑powered recruitment tools such as ChatGPT, Hugging Face and Claude Code.
