Mobile Apps Software Architect

About the role

In this exciting position you will deepen your expertise in mobile app architecture for iOS and Android while setting new standards together with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of several Geberit mobile applications and work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic responsibility for the architecture of Geberit mobile apps (Control, Home, Service, Pro).
• Define and continuously develop the technology roadmap.
• Design and implement architecture standards for .NET MAUI, Android, iOS, and C#.
• Integrate Azure services and establish CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on implementation of complex features and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with the Mobile Apps Scrum Team and interfaces with Geberit IT and other business units.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in mobile app architecture (MAUI, Xamarin or similar).
• Strong knowledge of C#, Azure Cloud Services, CI/CD processes and App Store deployment.
• Experience in Android and iOS development.
• Understanding of Clean Architecture and modern software design principles.
• Very good German and English skills (minimum B2).
