Motion & Graphic Design Manager

About the role

BlueBotics is seeking a Motion & Graphic Design Manager to lead the creation of multimedia content that supports its autonomous navigation technology. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work within a small, dynamic marketing team to produce videos, graphics, and digital assets that drive product awareness and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create and launch detailed motion design/3D product and use case videos.
• Conceptualize, shoot, direct, and post‑produce story and testimonial videos with OEM customers.
• Create and edit a wide range of multimedia assets, including short explainer videos, shorts, still images, illustrations, infographics, technical schematics, and photography.
• Prepare visuals for web, social media, and presentations while ensuring brand consistency.
• Design printed and digital sales enablement and lead‑gen materials such as brochures, datasheets, eBooks, and whitepapers.
• Support website updates and design/development projects in HubSpot (nice to have).
• Assist with email marketing campaign setup, list management, tracking, analytics and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven video production and editing experience across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage video projects from concept to post‑production, including color‑grading and sound engineering.
• Experience in industrial/B2B marketing, preferably software‑related.
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong interest in technical product marketing and robotics/automation.
