MR Clinical Application Specialist (80% FTE)

About the role

As a Clinical Application Specialist for MR in Switzerland, you will support the MR business on an 80 % basis. Working closely with clinical teams, sales, and customers, you will drive solution adoption, strengthen market position and ensure an outstanding customer experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training, educational resources and user support to healthcare professionals using Philips MR solutions.
• Support adaptation of clinical applications to customer workflows and operational requirements to optimise efficiency and clinical outcomes.
• Provide clinical and technical assistance during system implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects.
• Build collaborative relationships with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records for regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a Radiographer, Medical Radiology Technologist (MTR/MTRA), Radiologiefachperson HF or equivalent medical imaging qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MRI imaging, clinical applications, customer training or a related diagnostic imaging environment.
• Strong MRI clinical knowledge and understanding of radiology workflows and patient care practices.
• Fluency in English and French; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.

• Annual base salary ranging from CHF 70,000 to CHF 110,000 (adjusted pro‑rata for the 80 % FTE).
