MS Dynamics Architect (German language)

About the role

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading architecture, implementation, and pre‑sales activities for global brands looking to transform their customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end CRM & Loyalty solutions based on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights and Dataverse.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high‑performance architectures.
• Define integration patterns between Dynamics 365/Dataverse and surrounding systems.
• Lead or support migration programs from legacy platforms.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in client engagements, delivery projects and pre‑sales pitches.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and risk mitigation across the delivery lifecycle.
• Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem innovations and industry trends.

Required profile

• Architect‑level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights) and Power Platform.
• Strong background in Azure services such as Service Bus, Event Hub and Functions.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale CRM implementations and migrations.
• Excellent client‑facing consulting skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
