Multi‑Skilled Technician – Facility Management

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join our Facility Management team in Geneva. You will ensure the smooth operation of building systems, support preventive maintenance programmes and respond quickly to client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with all government and company regulations related to building operations and workplace safety.
• Review work orders, resolve issues and verify that work is completed to a high standard.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs, minimizing business disruptions.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programmes for building facilities and systems.
• Confirm that equipment is fully functional and customer areas are in proper working condition.

Required profile

• Certification (CFC or equivalent) in HVAC with solid basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• OIBT Art. 15 certification is a plus.
• Good physical condition – heavy lifting required.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic communication skills for exchanging information.
